Update August 3^rd 2011:

Casey Anthony has been in hiding since she was released from Orange County Jail on July 17, following her acquittal at trial on charges of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Marie, in 2008.

Since then, offers to tell her story have poured in, with her lawyer Jose Baez acting as her go-between agent.

Casey is seeking treatment for her mental health problems. After spending nearly three years in solitary confinement, 23 hours a day in a 4'x9' cell, she has had time for reflection. She now understands that her questionable behaviour when her 2-year-old daughter Caylee disappeared in 2008 was the consequence of “obvious mental health issues.” Three years in solitary confinement is traumatic for a person with a strong psyche, but for someone as mixed up and psychologically vulnerable as Casey, this requires serious therapy.

New probation Order:

In January 2010, Casey Anthony pleaded guilty to check fraud charges, admitting she stole a checkbook from her friend Amy Huizenga and writing five checks totaling $644.25. Judge Strickland, who judged the case, amended his order on Monday August 1^st, to require Casey to serve one year of supervised probation in Orange County. Strickland said, “she should be reporting to probation in Orlando probably within 72 hours.”

Casey Anthony’s attorneys appeared at the Orange County Courthouse, Tuesday August 2^nd to block an attempt to put her on probation for the check-fraud case.

Anthony’s defense attorney Cheney Mason filed an emergency motion arguing that Strickland lost jurisdiction in this case because the amended order was made more than 60 days after his original. They contend that Anthony has already served the probation, and forcing her to live openly in Orange County her life is at risk.

Maybe the Hon. Judge has an issue himself. He gave the media notice, but not Casey Anthony or her council, who were informed by the media.

Update July 28^th 2011:

A bidding war has started for interviews with Casey Anthony and her parents, George and Cindy, who rejected an offer of $250,000 outright.

According to reports, a Casey Anthony interview is valued at about $1.5 million.

The three main networks, ABC, CBS and NBC all deny they are considering paying Anthony for an interview. The deal appears to be to pay for photos and videos. This is a workaround that allows them to effectively pay for interviews, while claiming not to.

ABC might be pulling out of the bidding circus, as they feel the price tag is getting too high.

Update July 26^th 2011:

Casey Anthony’s lawyer Jose Baez is in New York discussing with the major networks interviews with his client. The networks include ABC, CBS and NBC. Thete is a lot of money at stake..

Casey Anthony had many admirers. Hundreds of dollars have flowed into her personal account while she was in the Orange County jail in Florida. How is it possible that every person who is accused or found guilty of a crime that the majority of us find abhorrent, has admirers?

Psychopathic serial rapists and killers have get love letters and some women even go so far as to marry these lowlifes. Usually these serial killers are men and their admirers are women. There are some exceptions.

The Marriage Proposal

Casey Anthony, a young woman, from a seriously dysfunctional family, possibly sexually molested by both father and brother as a child, a proven pathological liar and very immature, has a suitor.

He is Tim Allen, 24, standing outside the courthouse during her trial for the murder of Casey’s 2-year-old daughter, and later outside the jail with a sign:

“CASEY WILL YOU MARRY ME?”

How would these two match up? Should Casey Anthony date Tim, now that she is a free woman?

Let us take a look at the attitude Tim has towards a marriage relationship.

Tim Allen is obviously serious about wanting to hook up with Casey. Nobody in their right mind would stand near a crowd screeching and screaming for Casey Anthony’s blood with a sign like that, unless they would be really serious … or suicidal.

Tim is reported to have said, “Hopefully, she will just be able to see my sign.

“Find me on Facebook.

“She can find out how to contact me.”

What is it that attracted him?

Tim said, “She’s beautiful.

“She has very unique features that are attractive.

“She is pretty.

“She's cute.

“She has a nice body.

“So, yeah I would marry her.”

Tim fills in explaining that these are the attributes and the types of things a young man like himself is looking for in a woman.

Now that Casey Anthony has been freed from the Orange County Jail, after the jury acquitted her of the murder charges of her two-year-old daughter Caylee, should she date Tim?

The answer is a clear unequivocal “NO!”

Tim Allen and Casey Anthony hooking up would be a dynamite relationship – explosive!

Everything Tim Allen mentions about Casey Anthony is related to himself and his feelings about her looks. Looks are not what a marriage is about. A marriage is about a meaningful long-term relationship. Relationships are between person-to-person, soul-to-soul.

Tim might be a nice boy, but appears as immature and superficial as Casey was when she was cavorting around in “hot body” competitions in Orlando nightclubs.

Casey is probably a lot more mature today after three years of reflection in an Orange County jail. She is still psychologically vulnerable and in need of some serious psychotherapy, maybe for several years to come. She needs stability, something Tim is unlikely to be able to provide.

Casey might want a man who likes her, as the person Casey, and not only the outer body she lives in.

The attraction between two people, personalities or souls is deep and meaningful, while the fleeting lust after a body is just that; fleeting.

This is why millions of couples that would not win a Miss America or Mr America contest have happy, satisfying and deep committed loving relationships.

Tim, If you want a good marriage, you marry the person inside the body, not the body without considering the inhabitant.

Another bit of advice to Tim: Women are not objects for your enjoyment. Try to focus on what your partner wants and not on yourself and what you want. Being focussed on yourself is a sign of emotional immaturity. It is a sign of a few other things as well.

When Tim says that “hottie” attributes are the types of things a young man like himself is looking for in a woman, I think Tim is confusing “women” with blow-up dolls, the type supplied in porno shops.

Casey Anthony did not seem that keen to meet poor Tim in her release, as she flew to Ohio or somewhere thereabouts, which is far from lovelorn Tim Allen in Orange County, Florida.

Incidentally although Casey Anthony has family in Ohio, she is not contacting them She is starting to make a new life with a fresh start. Most people in need of support go back to their biological family. Not so for Casey. She is staying as far away from them as she can. For her emotional, mental and psychological health sake.
